Team

Sakhalin Partners was founded by Evgeny Kuzmenko.

Evgeny has more than 15 years legal experience. He started his career in the Sakhalin branch of an international law firm as a paralegal. He was promoted to the position of branch director within 5 years. After that Evgeny joined the Sakhalin branch of one of the “Big Four” companies, where he managed its legal practice in Sakhalin.

Since 2018, Evgeny is completely focused on Sakhalin Partners, serving its current and future clients.

If you have a valid contract with Sakhalin Partners, you may pay for legal services online with a bank card. The scope of service, amount of legal fees as well as terms and conditions of their refund are determined by such contract. Personal data is processed according to Personal Data Policy.

To complete the payment (enter the details of your bank card) you will be forwarded to the payment gateway of PJSC Sberbank. Connection with the payment gateway and transfer of information are completed in protected mode with SSL encryption. If you bank supports safe methods of Internet payments Verified By Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, MIR Accept, J-Secure, you may be also required to enter a separate code.

The minimal amount of legal fees is RUB 5,000. The final amount of legal fees is determined by Sakhalin Partners based on provisions of the contract and is reported to the client in the respective invoice.
